Schoo Flemming
is an award winning photographer/filmmaker whose work focuses on fine art, landscape and portraiture.
Schoo Flemming has studied photography and filmmaking in Germany and has been working as a freelance video editing supervisor and photographer for almost 20 years. He took part in a wide range of professional German tv-productions such as tv-commercials, documentaries, history features, political campaigns (nationwide).
He also was significantly involved in several productions for childrens` television that were awarded with Germany´s most prestigious tv-award, the "Grimme Preis".
For several years, he lived right at the bottom of the mighty Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, where most of his photographic work originated. From here he undertook extensive photo tours through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique and managed to gain international attention as a photographer.His fine art photographies received nomination awards at the Fine Art Photography Awards London, UK 2016 as well as several honorable mentions at the 2017 Prix de la Photographie Paris.
His artwork has been published in various magazines, such as "Camerapixo", "Fine Eye Magazine", "LEmag" or "Playboy".He currently resides in Germany again, near Dusseldorf, in a small town in the countryside.
